can i have a cortisone injection to my wrist if i have severe allergy from aspirine?

Yes: Cortisone is not in the same drug family as aspirin. However anybody can be allergic to anything and often to more than one thing. But if you have had no problems with steroids before you should be okay (it's not 100% sure, though, nothing in medicine is!)
