Does having a hysterectomy have a affect on your sex drive?

It depends: on whether the hysterectomy was complete or just the uterus. If it was complete the loss of hormones from the ovaries could decrease the sex drive. sometimes after even a partial hysterectomy a woman may psychologically fell different but that are still the same woman.
