Pulse 125: Pulse rate 125 is not a natural resting heart rate. The pulse rate you report requires evaluation. Ideally, get to a facility as soon as you can for an EKG. DON'T drive yourself. While your heart and brain can tolerate 125 for short periods, it is risky and stressful ---Most Importantly, it can be a harbinger of worse cardiac activity with adverse consequences for you - and possibly others.
