I noticed a small bump near my anal opening after doing some research i think its a small perianal hematoma. it's small and just feels like a bump.. i workout out a lot doing bodybuidling do you think this was the cause.. also what can make it go away?

Possibilities...: Consider anal fissure, internal hemorrhoid(s), proctitis (inflamed rectum), anal abscess or fistula, juvenile retention polyp, trauma to the anal canal, skin changes around the anus (benign or malignant). The only way to find out, and to start appropriate treatment, is to get examined. See your doctor please.
