Get it checked ASAP: Changes in nevi or moles are worrisome regardless of where they occur on the body. But since we are talking about a very important part of your male anatomy and sexual identity/function, get it checked immediately. If it is cancerous, you want to remove it before it invades surrounding tissue. It could be totally benign, but it's best to err on the side of caution in this case. Call your doc now.
