Yes: this represents the healing of the tissues. Make sure you are doing you saline rinses still, that will thin out the secretions and prevent scabs and mucous clots from forming. Septoplasty is so much fun anyway, the se creations eventually normalize. I know from personal experience.

Unlikely: This is unlikely to be a sign of a problem. It could be due to improved drainage from the sinus. You likely have to see your surgeon soon, so make note of how much is draining and whether it is increasing or decreasing.
