Have your Dr. refer: you to an osteopathic physiotherapist in the UK to evaluate this further. There are a few excellent schools/ clinics asssociated with the schools of osteopathy that provide excellent care, evaluation and treatment to see what the underlying problem is, and treat it. Sciatica is not a fun diagnosis, and one in which can be managed successfully.
