Acute diarrhea: If your diarrhea has been only occurring for two days, I would recommend trying to drink lots of liquids. Consider using Imodium (loperamide) to slow the diarrhea down. If you continue to have symptoms for several more days, or if you have bleeding or high fevers, then I would see your doctor. Diarrhea is never pleasant, but it gets better on its own in most cases.
