Stop...: You are likely getting more irritation from the cream then you are actually getting benefit - hydroquinone cream rarely makes a big difference on freckles. My suggestion - stop using the cream to allow your skin to heal, wear sunscreen regularly, AND embrace your freckles as part of who you are and beautiful.
