Yes: Hysterectomy is a risk factor for bladder prolapse but so are many of the reasons why women need hysterectomies (e.g. Fibroids).

Go see OB/GYN: Prior hysterectomy is a risk factor for vaginal prolapse. Go talk to your ob/gyn and ask about options such as pessaries or surgery.
