Yeast infections: are very common with or without sex. If you get them after sex, make certain that you empty your bladder soon after intercourse. Douching is not recommended. Adding probiotic foods to your diet like yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchee or aged cheeses can promote the growth of healthy bacteria. Recurrent yeast infections may occur in people with diabetes, so it's worth having that checked too.

Yeast Infection: You're probably not getting a yeast infection from sex, just noticing it more after intercourse. Also are you lubricating enough during sex, if not the friction during sex can cause irritation which alone can cause your symptoms, also if you have Diabetes that could increase the risk of yeast infection, please see a doctor to make sure you are really having yeast infection.
