Vaginal gas: Air passing from the vagina is sometimes due to normal expanding and contracting of the vaginal walls. However, this can also be a sign of rectovaginal fistula. If the air has a foul odor or there is any fecal material expelled from the vagina, see your doctor for complete evaluation and surgical repair.
