Worrisome: The question is why you didn't have a period for 7 months. It could be something like Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone) or implanon but if it is because you weren't ovulating the uterine lining has been growing this whole time and is now so thick some of it is starting to fall off.You need to see your doctor. If you go for long periods with your uterine lining being stimulated to grow and no period it is risky.Be safe
