My husband is constipated due to kidney stones and pain killers he is very uncomfortable and he just took miralax, (polyethylene glycol) will that help him out?

Probably not: If you don't get results, and he is able to take a phosphate enema (ask your physician) this would be the best choice. Opiates and renal colic will do this
