Growth: your bone age at 13 does not tell you what your bone age is at 17. Wether you have the potential to grow depends on if you growth plates have closed. See your doctor for a bone age.

Not yet, but soon.: Since you only grew 1/2 inch this year, it confirms that your growth is slowing down and one would expect minimal height growth. Until you stay the same height for a year and you start having significant facial hair, you may still expect a little growth. ??? 1/2 inc
