can you have 'ovulation-like' symptoms on birth control pill? slight cramping right side pelvis/discharge. perfect pill user. worried i ovulated.

Not ovulation: If you are a "perfect pill user" and taking it everyday then ovulation is extremely unlikely.

There are other reasons for pelvic-type cramping ..sometimes bowl cramping as well
