A member asked:

Is there a difference between the menstrual cycle and ovulation cycle or are they the same thing?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Different parts: Menstrual cycle is from start of last period until the next. Ovulation cycle would be from one ovulation until the next. Some women do not ovulate every month such as women on oral contraception.
