Foam contraception: You state that you are trying to conceive yet are using a spermicide. So, are you trying to conceive or are you simply ok with the idea if your contraception fails? Noraforms are vaginal inserts that are spermicidal...meaning the medication in them kills sperm. The efficacy is not as high as other contraceptive choices but indeed it will 'harm the sperm'. Do not use if trying.
