There's sausage like shape on the side of my belly around hip. it doesn't hurt. and it's not hard. what could it be?

Possible hernia: It could possibly be a hernia. If you suddenly develop significant pain you should head to the ER but otherwise an exam by a primary care physician would be helpful. You might need to be referred for an imaging study like an ultrasound or CT scan or just sent to a surgeon. I would avoid any heavy lifting or straining until you get examined.
