Yes, there's a test: Hi. But it's very, VERY unlikely you're hypoglycemic. Like next to zero, unless you take insulin, or rarely, have it as a side effect of bariatric surgery. "Hypoglycemia" is a very popular self-diagnosis with no validity. Hunger does not equal hypoglycemia. The test for hypoglycemia is a hospital admission for a 72 hour fast (ad lib water).
