Won't happen: If indeed, the medical abortion was successful in terminating the pregnancy, then it will be a minimum of 14 days or more before you will ovulate again. Unless you have sex within 4-5 days of that occurring, you will not get pregnant - surely not from any sperm that caused the previous pregnancy. You should seek birth control counseling if you intend to have sex and do not want to get pregnant.
