No, it won't cause: pregnancy. Sperm have to travel into the vagina or at least to the introitus for pregnancY to occur. However, if he is masturbating and leaving pre-ejaculate or ejactulate on the toilet- that is inconsiderate. No one wants to have clean up somebody elses' bodily fluids.
