Asthma symptoms: The common symptoms of asthma are recurrent or frequent episodes of cough, wheezing, shortness of breath and/or chest tightness. The triggers are frequently colds, cold air, exercise, allergens, and symptoms at night. For GE reflux disease, symptoms can include cough, regurgitation, heartburn. It is more common to see GE reflux symptoms in patients with asthma.
