No help: Hi. A cold is a viral illness and Azithral is a BACTERIAL antibiotic...absolutely no help for a cold. But azithromycin will not impair fertility. For as to whether you conceive this month or not, I'm not a gambler, so will not speculate. But you're wasting money on antibiotics for a cold. Good luck!
