Go get medically: Treated please. You can blow up a bowel in there and die from massive intraabdominal infection.

Bowel rehab: The pain with constipation leads to stool retention & dilates the colon. As it dilates emptying becomes less effective. The longer it goes on, the harder to fix. You need to see a GI doc and develop a rehab plan that includes stool softening and scheduled emptying. It can take a year or more but over time the damage can be reversed & you can be comfortable again. Get started, it won't fix itself.
