See a doctor: Need more info to give you a complete answer. Please give me more details. When you have missed your period for 4 months, you should see a doctor. You may have a thyroid disorder. Stress and weight problems can also affect your menstrual cycles. You may need an ultrasound to check for an ovarian cyst. Good Luck!
