Contraceptives?: You are 18 years old, an adult. Why not use some consistent form of contraception? The hormones in the Plan B can alter your internal hormonal levels and cause dysfunctional uterine bleeding which will eventually resolve. However, abnormal bleeding can also be caused by sexually-transmitted diseases. I strongly suggest a visit to your PCP, OB-Gyn, or Planned Parenthood for exam, testing, contracep
