Mgt: It is important to seek treatment, and to ensure that your oxygen levels are normal. If there are prolonged symptoms while on treatment, I would suggest another evaluation.

Hard to tell: It depends on the severity and the causative agent for the pneumonia. Having said that, most cases of pneumonia do not adversely impact the fetus . But prompt treatment is required when indicated.

Should be none : There should be little to none if you go to your doctor and receive the appropriate antibiotics. There are antibiotics that are better to take when pregnant than others. It is best to talk to your obstetrician.
