See a surgeon: At your young age, bilateral hernia repair is in order, though there's no urgency. Ask your doctor to refer you to a board certified surgeon. This would easily be repaired as an outpatient, with a very low recurrence rate (@1%) and a quick return to full activity (@2 weeks).
