A member asked:

I have small rt testis in comparison with lt after i had undergone surgery fo rrt inguinal hernia, does this have adverse effects om my fertility?

It shouldn't: One testicle can usually provide plenty of sperm for you, and you still have whatever the other one has in addition. If further concerns, you can get a sperm count done and see how many of the guys are there.

Probably not: However, if you have been trying to father a pregnancy and haven't been able to, i would recommend getting a semen analysis.
