It shouldn't: One testicle can usually provide plenty of sperm for you, and you still have whatever the other one has in addition. If further concerns, you can get a sperm count done and see how many of the guys are there.

Probably not: However, if you have been trying to father a pregnancy and haven't been able to, i would recommend getting a semen analysis.
