Doc's orders: Of course follow your OB's orders, but drinking 8 glasses of water a day. No Sodas, sweet tea or sweet anything. Eat fresh fruits, and salads. Whole grains. Try some new cookbooks to experiment. Take long daily walks if your OB says its ok. It will directly remove excess sugar from the bloodstream. "Eating for two" is not necessary. Thanks for taking such an active role in your health

Low carb food: Avoid high carb foods such as grains, lentils, potato based items. Avoid milk protein (cheese, yogurt, milk, etc). Consume plenty of low carb foods such as eggs, chicken, fish, meats, non starchy vegetables, avocados, some saturated fat (example: butter, coconut oil), olive oil, some nuts. Please don't hesitate to contact for more help.
