How long can a 1month old formula fed go without pooping?

Call to pediatrician: Not very long. If it is more than 3 days or hard stools, please call your pediatrician to be seen. Make sure your baby is taking in enough formula per day and is growing, too. Has your baby had the one month appointment yet for evaluation and Hep B immunization?
