In 1 wk: HPV, associated with squamous Ca affects two different areas. One is in the vagina cervix and the other in the H&N. In either case, the identification of the lesion and recognition of an association with HPV requires that depending on the extent of disease, neoadjuvant therapy with chemo RT or relatively quick scheduling for surgery should be arranged for.
