Itchy bottom.: Usually symptoms include itchy bottom, primarily. You can do a " tape test" at home and potentially visualize worms or even little tiny white eggs on the scotch tape. Other parasites can also cause weight loss, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea.
