No: I am not aware of any medications specifically designed to cause loss of your teeth. Periodontal disease is usually the cause of teeth "falling out" on their own, and that usually takes may years to manifest itself.

None: There are no prescription or OTC medications that actually cause teeth to fall out. However, there are some that might weaken your teeth and gums. The proper oral hygiene while taking these medications will prevent the the oral health.
