Confusing question: I know of no "Owen" syndrome, although a certain Owen had Down syndrome and gained notoriety.That and fragile X are permanent alteration in the chromosomes of every cell in the patients body. Treatment is supportive.There is no cure or medication. You discover their strengths and weaknesses and try to promote the best life they can have.
