My wisdom tooth is very swollen. i'm on antibiotics currently for sinus infection. i can't move my jaw it hurts so bad. it's poking through and pus. ?

Apical tooth abscess: Please see your dentist immediately. You may need to go to ER. Fortunately, if the pus is draining then it will decompress but you will need extraction and antibiotics. Antibiotics do not resolve an abscess but will calm the surrounding tissue and limit the spread of infection.
