Folliculitis?: The white bumps on the skin over your abdomen may be from inflammation in the root of some of the hairs - folliculitis. Is the hair getting pulled in some way? Or is it in the belt line & getting irritated by your clothes rubbing? If fixing these doesn't help, get a clinician to look at it. Hope that helps.

Diagnosing "bumps"..: You just can't do it (diagnose "bumps") without seeing what you are referring to... Make an appointment with your primary care physician to take a look at the areas that are annoying you so that they can give you an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan (if one exists). Take care.
