Maybe, maybe not: Some lucky women don't have many symptoms during pregnancy. You may be one of those. Many women don't feel the baby move until 20 weeks. However, if you were in my office, I would do an ultrasound just to be certain I see what I should see. Between 7 and 10 weeks is a great time for an u/s because this is the best time to date the pregnancy. Best wishes!
