Depend: it is really depends on what kind of cyst it is and what color it turn to.i have to assume it is superficial since you noticed the change of color Cyst in the chest could be sebaceous cyst and changing color could be infection or spontaneous draining or somebody trying to squeeze the content of the cyst If you are concern go to your doctor he can assure you or treat you good luck

No: Probably getting infected/ better.........that is what makes the color change. But more detail needed to be helpful.
