A member asked:

I missed my period, only 2-3 days black discharge, negative pregnancy test.. what is the reason?

Common: It is "normal" to have abnormal periods occasionally. The reasons are usually lack of ovulation which can result from stress, illness, medications. I would keep a calendar of your menstrual symptoms - bleeding, spotting, discharge, etc - over the next 2-3 months. If things regulate then no worries. If not, see a GYN.
