Observation: Your questions answer is dependent on a number of issues. Are you using any method of BC if sexually active? If yes, and taking BCP's, just continue as normal If not a normal menses next month, then see DR. If not using BCP's, then you may just have not ovulated and this will cause the irregularity of your menses. Again is no menses next month, then would suggest medical visit.

See doctor: It sometimes happens that there are hormonal changes and periods are missed. If you have taken a pregnancy test and are sure that you are not pregnant then it would be okay to just wait another month and see if your period comes before seeing a doctor. If you find that you are pregnant or if you have other symptoms like pain, vaginal discharge or fevers please see a doctor immediately.
