I agree. Parental : refusal to seek medical care for their child who has a brain tumor is medical neglect, in legal terms. That means the child's physicians are required to file a report to Child Protective Services. In some cases, physicians also obtain a court order for needed medical & surgical treatment. Legal precedent exists.
