Such dates don't: really mean anything. The vast majority of drugs, just like the vast majority of foods, last much longer than the usually totally arbitrary dates placed on the bottles or boxes of meds. Particularly if they are kept near room temperature and in a dry place. However, if you have IBS and it is getting worse, you need to see your doctor asap to see what has changed. One Librax (clinidium and chlordiazepoxide) won't likely hurt/help.
