How long do the side effects last for someone taking azithromycin tablets of 250mg?

Diarrhea?: Usually the GI side effects like nausea, diarrhea, bloating, only last as long as you are on the medication plus maybe 1-2 days. If you are having a rash, swelling or itching you need to stop the medication and talk to your doctor.
