Differential dx: will include more that cannot be found on brain MRI. If not already done, consider s detailed and comprehensive medical evaluation through your Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician. For example, why are you needing metoprolol? what prompted your CT abdomen? are there other symptoms that might point to a different path to investigate?
