A member asked:

Can parents with type o an a have a child with b type blood?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nope.: Hi. By definition, two parents, both with type O, have neither the A nor B antigen to pass onto a mutual child. If the child is B, I'd recommend you check the mailman's and the milkman's hematologic serotypes. Be forewarned that questioning these things may lead to family unhappiness.
