Flu like: About two thirds of the people who are infected never notice any symptoms, or have mild symptoms and never even get treatment. Common initial symptoms including fatigue, cough, chest pain, fever, rash, headache, joint aches and rash. About 1 of 5 people however, develop a toxic phase of the disease with recurring fevers belly pain and liver damage. Treatment is supportive but there is vaccine.
