is it safe to take naproxen and gabapentiin?

Yes: That is a safe combo, even with the metoprolol. It is a common combo. The only issues are that the naproxen can sometimes raise blood pressure. And some people get more somnolence on the gabapentin when taking it with the naproxen. But then you can just reduce the gabapentin dose.

Safe: It's ok to take up to 2 Aleves (naproxen) every 12 hours for few days provided that you have normal liver, and kidneys functions. Best regards.
