Nothing bad.: All manufacturers will use pregnancy as a disclaimer to not use their products. This is for medico-legal reasons. To my knowledge there have been no known problems from using benzoyl peroxide or weak acid solutions topically in the presence of early pregnancy. I would not worry but would still discuss this with your ob/gyn.
